A Story That Shaped Our Philosophy
A few years ago, during a move from our old office, some "boss-like" people walked in and noticed the shelves filled with countless prototype PCBs. They asked: "Is this what you do?"
Within days we were already in discussions with their engineering team - a medical-grade handheld measurement device full of inherited issues: unstable camera streaming, unreliable USB-C power, certification failures, and a hardware foundation that needed a complete rebuild.
We rebuilt it step by step.
New hardware, corrected grounding, redesigned streaming pipeline, fixed USB-C behavior, and a firmware base that was stable, testable, and future-proof.
The truth is: these problems didn't disappear overnight - but within a few focused iterations, everything stabilized.
Back then we had less experience, but we already understood something essential:
WHAT WE BELIEVE IN...
A problem is acceptable - and with the right feedback and action, it will not turn into trouble. We don't want to create trouble; we handle it and solve it.
Today, we follow the same philosophy: a clear feedback loop solves everything. No ego, no excuses - just engineering ownership, risk assessment, structured project framework and predictable progress.
Our "historical" PCB exhibition :)
